modify "User Interface > Rewind Track"

Post by Dr_Rushmore » Wed Aug 29, 2018 1:28 pm

Maybe it's just my phone (HTC 10), but scrolling through the menus is awkwardly slow compared to other apps. Is this an intentional design? If so, it would be great if there was an option to allow faster scrolling. Thanks!

You can set the Light Speed Damping Ratio to 0 and Frame Rate to 100 by going into Settings > User Interface to get a fast scrolling experience.
Make sure that you swipe up from the bottom of the screen.

I found the "List Speed Damping Ratio", it seems to control the impact a fast finger movement has. Correct ?

The "Screen Refresh Rate" doesn't seem to have an impact - am I missing something ?

Okay, found "Fast Seek, Time (msec)" : that sets the length of the time slices by which fast forward and backward move the track, so it controls the speed with which track moves when you constanly press fast forward or backward.

I think that List Speed Damping Ratio controls how much list you want to scroll with a single swipe. The less it is, the more list you scroll with a single swipe. I prefer to keep it at 0.

Rewind track doesn't seem to do anything.

Yes, you are right. But, I think you have to press and hold previous and next track buttons to seek back and forward respectively.
One day, I found a way to forward a song without holding the previous track or next track button but I forgot how I did that :(
Here is a cool feature, set the Dynamic Background Items to 100 and remove the album art using the 'X' in the Playing Now window. You will notice some stars moving in the background of all the screens.
