dark theme : colours of rating symbols

I purchased this app with one goal in mind - rate all of my music. I cannot find any way to add a rating. Is this possible?

Yes. Enable "Ratings" in the Settings

and if you want edit the submenu

and then on the playing screen you'll see 5 "*" which you can activate

My screen brightness was too low - I couldn't see the outlines of the unfilled stars - your screen shot showed me what I was missing.

No, it wasn't missing brightness on your part it were the colours of Neutron's dark theme :

Proposal : do something about that, one can barely make out the dark symbols against the dark background

I've gotten around the problem myself - here's a thread from these forums where myself and a couple of others have posted ideas as to how to get ratings over to NeutronMP:

If you press one of the five color controls on the right side of "Settings > Ratings"

If you then choose another color and confirm your selection, do you see that the control has changed its color accordingly ? Does this then influence the colors of the ratings in the track list ?

Or do you mean the *** on the playing now screen ? They take the color that's configured in "Settings > User Interface > Appearance > Button: Foreground, Color", they don't change their color with the rating.
