Volume slider Always present

Hii! I write here to ask if it's possibile to have the volume slider Always present in the program... Because my DSP don't have volume control and volume buttons on the phone isnt easy to use while i'm driving..
If enabling that by menù is difficult for me to modify line of a "settings" file is not a problem..

Info : that refers to the volume slider on the album art, not the one on the eq screen. See
