Samsung S8 Bug

Have recently discovered that when the high res function is activated with the generic driver the ear speaker on Samsung S8 will not function. Any suggestions?

Did you activate high res for the speakers ?

Tried it both ways with speaker activated and not activated. Same result. Ear speaker does not work. Also tried with bluetooth on and off. Same result

Well ... if you don't use the generic driver, does it work then ? Also with high-res ?

... and if it doesn't work with high-res via the speaker and you think this really important then I suggest you contact neutronmp@gmail.com .

Thanks for your replies. Just wanted to let you know that unless the generic driver is toggled on the frequency only shows 48000 as the only available frequency.

Ok, thanks, that means that high-res on the S8 is isn't available with the OpenSL ES driver.
