Media Controls issues

Hi, I'm using paid version of neutron. The app version is 2.13.4.
When I using the app in background, I don't have any media controls on the notification dropdown menu. and also the media stops playing after some times often, when I'm using the app in background. My mobile is LG G7+ Thinq. And the android version is 9. I did checked My app notification settings and it's fine..and also I can't find any notification settings in the neutron app.
Please Help!

Is there on the Neutron on your device an option Settings > Service / Keeps process running in the background ? Is yes, does it help ? And tell the os not to stop, optimize, powersave etc the app.

That seems to be normal. You'll have to use the settings the os provides for the notifications..

Yrs! I have that setting in on!! But, the problem doesn't seem to be that.

That seems to be normal. You'll have to use the settings the os provides for the notifications..

in My Os setting, notification settings are normal and notifications are enabled for neutron. But thare is no media control in the notification dropdown!!

No, I'm a user and the moderator of this forum. You could find out how to tell the os on your LG not to optimize ( I think most os use this word ) apps and how to customize the notifications. If need be you could contact the LG support or user forum. And you could check if other music player apps behave differently.
