Thank you ! Nice song !Lavi Jaat 1232 wrote: ↑Fri May 08, 2020 6:58 amHere is the download link for a song. (The song is not in English)
https://dl2.djring.com/hd1.djring.com/ ... L.Com).mp3
I checked them with a tmTag Editor and other music players and they all show album art.
I can reproduce the effect : Neutron doesn't recognise the existing album art "folder.jpg". I opened the file in the tag editor mp3tag, removed the album art, then added it again. Then Neutron shows the album art. So that would be a workaround. I suggest you write to neutronmp@gmail.com and refer to this topic, neutron seems to have a problem with this type of tags.

The song is very nice. You can search Parmish Verma on YouTube and can listen to his other as well. (He sings only in Punjabi language which is the native language of Punjab state of India)blaubär wrote: ↑Fri May 08, 2020 7:37 amThank you ! I also manually downloaded the album art and changed it using tag editor and it worked. But it will take hours to edit every single MP3 that I've in my media library.
I told it to Dmitry on 12 April. We had a 66 message conversation in which I told him about all the bugs in Neutron that I noticed. The bugs included Compressor Window Timer, .LRC file not synchronising ,bug in Playback timer, bug in Album Art ,bug in MP3 tag recognition after changing tags and song playing 2 seconds after the actual song timer ended. I replied to him on 28 April but got no response after that.

Good to hear that somebody is testing ! I don't think he'll forget the issue, but it might not be at the top of his list.Lavi Jaat 1232 wrote: ↑Fri May 08, 2020 9:20 amI also manually downloaded the album art and changed it using tag editor and it worked. I think that I'm the only one who is experiencing it.

Which one do you have in mind ? I just reproduced the one with the album art not showing. The "Compressor Window Timer" has been solved in 2.13.3, or so the release notes say :Lavi Jaat 1232 wrote: ↑Fri May 08, 2020 10:45 amCan you please try to reproduce a bug?

Yes that has been fixed but there is another issue.blaubär wrote: ↑Fri May 08, 2020 11:47 amWhich one do you have in mind ? I just reproduced the one with the album art not showing. To replicate that, take two tracks which have the same frequency and place them either in the queue or wherever you want. They should be placed in such a manner that if you press forward, it should play the second track.
Please turn off fade or crossfade.
Go to the first track and set the track timer to 10 second or 15 second. You can do that by long pressing here. You will be here. Then let the song play and automatically switch to the second track. You will notice that the first track will be played on top of the second track like what happens in crossfade but in a more rough way.
Re: Album art -- why does it sometimes fill the screen?
Yes, I could reproduce that. Btw : Thank you for showing the feature ! I set beginning and end of the first song of an album, when switching to the second song it had some overlap with the first song, although fading was set inactive.
