Neutron (Android) no longer automatically refreshes media library

FiiO X7 mark II, using 512gb card only (latest Android and Neutron versions)

It started a few days ago, likely after upgrading Neutron to the latest version - I noticed that Neutron no longer automatically refreshes media library.

BEFORE: I added new discs, disconnected X7 from USB, waited a minute or two, and the discs appeared in media library.

NOW: I can only do full refresh (it takes a long time, about 10 mins for total 15,000+ tracks), and only after that the new added discs finally appear in media library.

I also tried quick media library refresh (as opposed to full refresh), it also does not work as before (it no longer picks up small modifications like minor re-tagging, as it used to).

Is there a way to fix this, to return Neutron media library to its previous automated state?

Is the "Refresh" option activated for all sources ?

Of course it was me, who unintentionally switched off the red color opposite my media library source (which apparently means that Neutron will update media library automatically - the interesting part is how exactly that happened, I long-pressed on the source picture on the left hand side, it turned red, and then media library disappeared, I was unable to get it back by trying the same thing in reverse, so I deleted the source and added it again, apparently overlooking the automated media library update option).

Bug : I have a problem with updating my souces. I have a DAP FiiO with 2 Sim cards. When I download new files, I don't see them. I am trying to update it from my sources (Sims card), but have not succeeded. Any ideas?

Are all sources marked as to be automatically refreshed ?

This "Refresh" option for a source might have been switched off because Neutron was shut down while a refresh was being done.

Sometimes it also happens when some downloading software adds wrong time stamps to music files.
