I've changed my Phone then re installed your app which is now Eval...
Could you help me please ?

Have a look at Buy. From which source and with which email did you buy and download Neutron "a long time ago" and which email adress do you have now on the device ? Now, don't post the email here ! Just compare the two - if they aren't identical that would explain that Neutron doesn't recognize your license. Also the stores from where you buy and download have to be the same.

Google Account, email, place... All are the same.
Neutron still work full on my old mobile.

What does Settings > Help > Account show ?

There is no "Account" under "help" into Neutron. See the attached screenshot.
