If you enter the library, long press on "Folders", then tap "Setup", the check "Filename", that should "Replace metadata with filename". If you do a long press on a specific folder then there's that option and another one "Metadata from Filename". I never tried it, but I think this was done for a scenario like yours where the order is given in the filenames. I can't say how Neutron assumes the filenames must be built. If you want to know more I suggest you ask the developer at neutronmp@gmail.com . If you do that and get an answer this might be interesting to know.

There are tag editing programs that can parse the file names and edit the tags accordingly, e.g. mp3tag.Stevehudds wrote: ↑Sun Feb 23, 2020 6:15 pmall the wav tracks were grabbed using audio grabber, to be honest it would be a massive job there is 600,000 tracks, structured in folders named as albums with track name and artist delimited in the file name.

Think Ive found the problem, setting the path to nas using dnla upnp seems to stop the structure being identified correctly also selecting a folder structure with more 1000 tracks crashes dnla connection, all seems to work connecting using smb Thanks to all
