nmp aborts when adding stream

When I first tried to add a radio stream nmp always aborted.
Only after I enabled the preconfigured icecast and shoutcast it worked.
Windows 10 1903, NMP 2.12.3 , no other streams besides ice and shout at that time.
I would guess that's a minor bug.
