It worked, but you need to disable Two Factor Auth, enable Pop3 access, and also Enable Less Secure apps.

Bit of a PITA, but it does work.

I re-enabled everything for Gmail.com and hopefully it's just a one time activation needed and not something that I need to have enables all the time.

Neutron just logins to the account and immediately logoffs that is confirmation that e-mail account is valid. This check can be one time unless Neutron is reinstalled (may be updated too).

You refer to the licensing and you mean since the last posting in July ? No, nothing has changed.

I recently purchased a license for Neutron MP to use on my Fii0 M9.

I used a gmail account that has 2 step verification enabled. I managed to get the license check done by creating an App Password (https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/185833). Doing it this way meant I didn't need to disable 2 step verification or enable access for less secure apps.

So it might be worth trying this if you're trying to verify using a Gmail account.
