[Google, Trial Expired] Is there anybody here to help

I bought it and it worked great for a week would love to have this work it was great for a week then it tells me my trial is over I didn't have a trial I bought this app for my Samsung galaxy s4 I hate to think it was a expensive trial I been trying to get help but no luck you would think administration would help but nothing yet hope it's not a cash grab so if you read this please respond would be nice or at least put a buyers beware up thanks Rick

Google sometimes has unknown problems with license checking. Normally it must work 100% reliably but for a long time it is still a problem (not only Neutron is affected). If Trial Expired still exists please write to neutronmp@gmail.com about this problem and necessary help will be provided.

I just purchased this app about five hours ago, on Google play store as
well, and I have yet to use the full version I paid for at all yet.
I even tried installing the free version, just in case, (I already downloaded
it and used it to see the capabilities.I uninstalled it before installing
the full ($5.99) version. ).
Long story short, I need to know if there's anything else I can do
myself, aside from submitting a problem through my email ,and
on the site here.??????
