Hi! Unfortunately its Android's problem. When you move app to external SD its widgets can disappear. To my regret I can't do anything about it because this is solely Android's work how to deal with them. You could try googling 'Android external sd widget' and see that this is common issue. Probably it was made so because external SD is detachable.
