Preamp / AGP glitch

Post by thegambl3r » Wed Jan 07, 2015 7:56 am

Hi,

I've noticed that sometimes while listening to music the preamp will occasionally jump down to -30 and the AGP bar will become locked on red. A loud clipping sound also plays when the bug occurs. I'm using a Galaxy S3 (i9305) and have had this happen on both the regular version and the NEON version of the app.

The glitch still seems to occur even after normalising every song but instead of messing with the preamp settings the app just makes weird beeping / rewinding (hard to describe, like a tape kind of) sounds every once in a while.

I might have managed to fix it. Anyone else having the same problem should try doing this:

Download the NEON version (if your phone supports it)
Activate 64-Bit Processing
In "Audio Hardware" change hardware latency to 150 and software latency to 30
Normalise every song (or at least those you are planning to play)
