Neutron not picking up file adds to /Music until restart

Neutron is not seeing music files added to /sdcard0/Music/. until the phone is restarted. It seems some kind of db is not being updated when files are added. I haven't tried simply stopping and restarting the app. Files (.mp3 or .flac) are contained within directories labeled/named, "Artist [Title] (Disc #)"

Stock Nexus 5.

on the main menu where you can see "artists" "genres" "songs" etc, the last option is Sources with a button named Refresh. Click it.

Thank you! The UI for this app is very, um, "complex" as far as I'm concerned ...
