You can easily delete files using freeware xplore on android devices by lonelycat games.
I do not use Neutron for such operations so don't know, sorry.

I have a lot of music and no issue at all. Though I did at one point years ago because of settings being too high for my device. What settings are you using? Perhaps your latency and 64 bit settings are simply too high for your device? If you "reduce" all settings e.g. not 64 bit and no equalizer et...

This is better handled by the file system. Use xplore from lonelycat games to easily delete or move the file in question.

- delete all sources
- restart device
- choose source one at a time letting them build.

In regards to question 3 the options do already exist and have for many years - you can either:
1) make a playlist
2) look at the post immediately (at the moment) above yours which is a stickie - can long press under such things as genres, artists etc

I would delete the source until it shows no music then add it back to see if the problem occurs again.

Yes could be an error in a file. Try using an mp3 error scanner on your pc.
