Re: Opus decoding to BT (Android)

..On the other hand, if I turn Generic Driver off, I get 44100/16 as output params. Probably it's exactly the aim. Isn't it?

Re: Opus decoding to BT (Android)

So you think that because you cannot change the value ( that's what you mean by "only possible sampling rate" ? ) then sampling rate will be changed to 44.1 kHz by the os or the bt device after nmp delivered its output with 48 kHz . That would imply that Neutron doesn't succeed in finding out that ...

Re: Opus decoding to BT (Android)

Do you think this implies that this sampling rate is forced rather than preferred ? Exactly! The thing is it's the only possible sampling rate in the list. So, I'd prefer NMP to downsample as having more accurate DSP. But output params still shows 48kHz, and I guess it results in using of system DS...

Opus decoding to BT (Android)

Hi! Just want to know is there some explicit downsampling at the case described below. Opus@200kbps file is played to BT AAC@256kbps. On main window I see for input: 32-bit 48 kHz <variable>kbps OPUS , and for output: 32-bit 48 kHz STEREO PCM Hardware shows Bits 64 (out: 32 int), Frequency 48000. An...

Re: Unstable taps (Android)

I just mean a replication of the same standard tap feeling. Please, don't be a pedant ;) - the aim is obvious .

Neutron doesn't use the standard Android UI, it is a portable app with portings on Android, Windows, iOS, Blackberry.
Thanks for confirming my guess! So some tuning to that porting is needed to be in par with Android.

Well, any finger should be bigger than the tap zone of a checkbox, so the latter being small shouldn't matter.
At any case it seems Neutron uses some tap-handling customisaion being not in par with standard Android UI. Would be great to fix it.

Perhaps you could give some examples for "this or that".
It can be on-off switch (that is a red or black circle)(the most frequent case), or check/cancel icons in the bottom of configuration or other dialog, and so on. Probably tap zones are too tiny, aren't they?
