That sounds like a real bug which the developer usually tries to address quickly. But you need to give him more details: what is the typical sample rate of the files that you use and where crossfade stops working? And what phone is Neutron running on?

Neutron doesn't know you use balanced phones, and don't need to know. If you have problems then check your M8 and the cabling to the phones!

Basically you don't want stereo EQs then (this is the current state). I fully agree with you. Neutron has (meanwhile) so many bands, even if this feature reduces the number of available bands to half it would still be more than enough. And the number of people having unbalanced hearing is damn high!
