I have figured out that it is when I under Audio hardware enable 32 bit output to device. This was not a problem until the last update of Neutron a couple of days ago.

When I use headphones I get noise at the highest volume when I try to play anything in Neutron. I do not have the same issue without headphones in Neutron.
