Neutron 2.19.x is targeting Android 11 as per Google's requirement for all updates. So it is enforced. If source entry was created with old file access method - it will not work. This issue is not isolated. I, too, just recently took delivery of a Galaxy Note 10+ and do not have any option to select Hi-Res settings under the Generic Driver sub-menu. I believe an associated and subsequent version release is warranted to address this issue.
