It was set to zero and I currently have it set to 30 mins. However, the problem resolved for me when I set it to anything greater than zero.

Had similar issue. Resolved by increasing the 'SMB/CIFS State Check, Time (min)' value in Settings/Network.

For me, I think there is a bug in Neutron version 1.91.1.2 running on BlackBerry Passport (software latest OS version 10.3.2.2888).
