Re: [FIXED] Crash when scanning SMB folder
Again, Neutron crashed on me, and it won't start up. This happened for the forth time in a couple weeks. Unlike last time, I wasn't doing anything CPU intensive - no normalisation, 32bit processing, no EQ etc. I don't get it - how is it so unreliable and the developer isn't even aware of this? Is it...

Re: [FIXED] Crash when scanning SMB folder
When is the next update? I think scanning for normalisation caused crash, and neutron is now refusing to start up. Last time when it happened only a couple weeks ago, I had to reinstall the app, and I lost all the playlists as a result. I had since spent several hours to reconstruct playlists, and I...

Re: Setting up a network source (SMB Shared Folder)
It's still scanning, and it's counting up to 80,000 - but I only have 20,000 songs. It seems that it is stuck in a loop - it just keeps scanning even after it scanned the whole songs.

Re: Setting up a network source (SMB Shared Folder)
It was working. But Neutron all of a sudden started to hang, and could not get past the initial loading screen (then abruptly quits). So I uninstalled the app, and reinstalled it. It is now not working. I get "No directories inside" message after I set up the SMB source. I lost the play lists and al...

Re: SMB Scan Aborts after about 85% through
I am also experiencing SMB scan not scanning the whole library. I have about 18000 songs in the music folder in NAS, but when the scan is finished, Neutron is only recognising 12000 songs. I'm using the latest version on iPad.

Re: Setting up a network source (SMB Shared Folder)
Hi, I'm having the exactly the same problem with setting up a Samba network source on iPad. Even after I enter the login details, I get the "No Directories Inside " message. Neutron is the only app that cannot access the SMB shared folder. Can anyone please help?

Re: Glitches problem
Hi dmitry,
Thanks for your response. As with Richie, I'm wondering if turning Neutron into a system app using Titanium Backup would help. My phone is rooted.

Re: Glitches problem
Is this issue going to be addressed? My evaluation period finished now (which I cannot fully utilise because of this audio stutter problem), so I want to make a decision on whether to buy the full version or not. If it's not going to be fixed in the near future, there's no point paying for it.

Re: Glitches problem
I also have this problem on my SGS with SlimBean 4.1.2 rom, running the NEON version. I have turned on the CPU Wake Lock setting. As soon as the screen goes to sleep, playback starts stuttering quite badly.
