I want to backup the iphone NMP settings to my Windows PC, but it does not work.

iTunes export doesn't work
I tried multiple times to drag the NeutronMP folder via File Sharing to my desktop and nothing seems to happen. Windows 10 64-bit iOS 12.4.1 iphone 8 iTunes for windows 12.10.7.3 Not sure how to get the version I have of NMP on iOS but it should be the latest version from the app store If it matters...
