No. It auto detects source.
I also have a great Human Audio Tabla Pico USB-SPDIF converter. With that it works great, but that is far from a mobile solution

Yes, it works through an USB C - USB micro connection. But Rob Watts suggest to use SPDIF connection on the Mojo if possible to achieve best SQ results. Hiby R3, R3 Pro and Cayin N3 supports SPDIF through USB C. I have bought a Cayin USB C to SPDIF cable, that is identical to the Hiby cable for this...

Hi,
I switched on the Digital switch (SPDI, IEEE 1394) under Audio hardware/Direct usb access, but the Chord Mojo does not receive any digital audio signal through an USB - COAX SPDIF cable
Is there any other required setting I am missing?
