Re: USB DAC Device Selection

There's a 'Chat' and 'Audio' device that works independently of each other. NMP attaches to the 'Chat' one presumably because that's the first one that enumerates when the USB is inserted. What it means for Android I am not sure, would it have to be hard coded into the app? The only difference would...

Re: USB DAC Device Selection

There is no option for Exclusive access, is it the same as the 'Direct USB access' option? It is already on and there is no impact on any of the settings. Only Stereo L R is listed unless the generic driver is on.

I have a Samsung Galaxy Fold on Android 10 if this is some device dependent thing.

USB DAC Device Selection

So, I'm not sure where to put this. Please correct me if I'm wrong. I have a wireless 2.4ghz headset that I would like to use with Neutron. The dongle exposes two different audio devices in Windows. One 1ch headset and one 2ch headphone output. By default it uses the 1ch output and I don't see any w...

Re: Some Android Auto related suggestions

It shows up as OpenSL ES Speaker, so I guess setting it to use the speaker should work? It makes the phone speaker unusable but that isn't an issue for me in particular.

Re: Some Android Auto related suggestions

Yes, it is an aftermarket unit with AA functionality. I have been selecting the preset manually every time, is there a way to set a preset as default? Would assigning the preset to 'Speaker' make it the default? Every time it is unplugged the preset changes. Overflow menu with custom buttons or bein...

Some Android Auto related suggestions

The equalizer on this app is so powerful that I no longer need a DSP unit in my car, could it be possible to add Android Auto as a selectable source for the EQ presets? Would also love to see buttons to skip forward and back for folders in the main screen since there is the 5 tap limit when driving....
