Re: Resampling question
Unless one uses the custom USB driver, the Android audioflinger and mixer will resample 44.1 to 48k. No matter what neutron indicates, you will get resampling.

Re: [TIP] Hi-Res Audio for Android devices
What could happen with your device is that you tell it produce 192 kHz ( by setting the custom format ), and it does so and gives that sampling rate to the DAC, but that the DAC resamples this to its standard sampling rate (that would then probably be 48 kHz). Nope-the player is putting out 44.1k a...

Re: galaxy note 10+ and hi res audio
I have the generic driver set to Raw, high res checked and sample rate at 44.1k (native to the track). Although Neutron displays a play sample rate of 44.1, the Note 10 is putting out 48K as per the color on the Dragonfly Cobalt. I checked the log cat and the Note is creating a resampler to do this....

Re: EQ does not work after normalization
That is the way it works--you normalize a folder based on an equalization setting you create. For example- the amount of normalization may be different if the music is bass heavy and you have a large bass gain in your eq setting. This a a very unique and useful process. The reason it takes so long i...

Re: Large MicroSD Card problem
The media scanner in neutron may be choking on a particular track. This has happened to me in the past. Try separating the songs in a few folders then just scan one folder at a time. You may be able to pin the file down that way. Also, try starting with a clean database file--just trash the neutron....

Re: Bluetooth Metadata trouble
If you were to use something like Tasker to pick up the metadata/album art, what variables do you look for?
I am trying to make my own widget with minimalistic text/Tasker.
Thanks

Re: wish : default replaygain value
Don't bother with replay gain--just normalize the whole folder or group of songs given the equalizer setting you use. I have a mix of mp3, mp4, ogg, wma and the normalize function makes them have the same relative sound loudness.
