Thank you for adding localization for Vietnam!
I checked your files and made small corrections:
1) Corrected strings.xml
2) Fixed name ov locale to officia name: vi_VN
The updated arch. is attached.

I love that work .
There are 3 sentences that not displayed in 1.53 and above, like this
In EN are "Nomalize" and Pitch.
I think reason for that is, not match version( truely fit to 1.51) because of new features?
Pls guide me solving. Thanks a lot

I advise you to take strings_en_US.xml from the latest APK (for example NEON on this web-site) and overwrite your version. Then you will see empty text fields filled with English texts and it will be easier to understand what to translate.

I improved handling of localization and now you do not need to synchronize to new English version. It will be in coming 1.55.2. Now you just need to leave in directory strings_vi_VN.xml and modify strings.xml to like this:

</locale>
You can notice that en_US is removed because strings.xml from now on shall contain only user-side translations. By this new versions of Neutron default languages will be up to date always.
