The biggest problem I have at the moment is the lack of sound. What I mean is that the player plays the songs but there is no sound at all. The mute isn't on and I've looked everywhere to find something that would completely disable sound but haven't found anything. Turning sound higher or lower has no effect at all, nor does being plugged into a headset/speakers have any effect. Oh and I'm using Iphone XS Max - Ios 13 and Neutron 2.13.2 (the latest ver), and the default music player works just fine. I had this problem when I upgraded to Ios 13. I tried rebooting the phone and reinstalling Neutron but that doesn't help. Yesterday the app was still working fine, since I upgraded to Ios 13, this happened.
Could you go to Settings > Audio Hardware, restore the Defaults and then retry ?
Okay, iOS 13 is new, let's hope the developer gets the update soon
... and just to make sure: you have given all privileges to the app ?
Update: I updated to iOS 13.1 but issue is still there!
