I have tried many combination of the options in the DIRECT USB ACCESS, and it dosen`t work.

You could try to ativate or deactivate DSD :

DOP mode can not have volume management, only some DAPs can do it (Fiio, iBasso, Cayin).

If you wish to listen to tracks intermixed with native DSD then it is better to switch off DSD, DSD over PCM option and let Neutron decode it to PCM.

Why do you need to use Direct USB Access for DX150? Neutron has hi-res support for all iBasso DX DAPs which does not need to have Direct USB Access switched on. Volume control may be not available on USB device and therefore could misbehave, but normally Neutron falls back to the software volume. You can enforce it by switching off Audio Hardware -> Hardware Gain option, or check corresponding sub-option inside Direct USB Access.
