Precise Duration Issue

Hi,
I have a number of music files that seem to end several seconds early when they play. I have scanned and enabled precise duration but this has not fixed the issue. No other music players I use have this issue. Please advise and thanks. (Apple IOS version of Neutron)

How are the files encoded ? Variable Bit Rate ?
