Bought and registered Neutron still asks me to activate.

Hello, been using this player for a long time, everything was great, but not much time ago I bought a new smartphone and forgot about Neutron for a bit. Reinstalled it from your site and it asks me to activate it. My account is the same one that I bought it from, it says in the app that it is checking the right account, but it seems it was deleted from your database or something of the sort. I have all the information, cheque and all on my email, so can I kindly ask why can't I use what I've bought?
