I have been using Neutron on my Android phone for several weeks now. The software shows me a warning regarding the volume being too loud. Unfortunately, the software is not able to determine how loud is too loud, because different headphones have higher impedance. This is not the reason for this topic, but I am simply stating a fact.

Regardless, I have seen this same warning with the software deciding itself to reduce my volume a few times already. How often does this happen? Can I disable it?

Surprisingly, today while using Neutron (latest available Android version that auto-updates itself), I got this warning about my volume being too loud yet again. Today, however, the software reduced the volume to 60% gain (which I can barely hear), and it would not allow increasing past 60%. I stopped the app, restarted, and it would still go no higher than 60%.

Enough is enough. I have uninstalled this, and my mobile provider refunded my 5.99 that I paid for it.
