Need help with Neutron - Foobar UPnP DLNA setup

I'm using Neutron Media Player on my V20. I have my music files on my Windows PC. I use Foobar2000 to play music on my PC. Now I'm trying to use Foobar's UPnP plugin to stream music to Neutron via UPnP DLNA.
I can set up and point Neutron to my Foobar server in the Source menu. But!!! Neutron does not "see" any of my Foobar playlists. So I can only get albums and tracks that are in the Foobar Music Library to play. I can also get the Capture Stream to work but that's it.
Does anyone have any insight or advice?
