I know this is pretty old now, but how did you get the WebDAV to connect with Neutron? I have been trying to days!

Enable Settings > User Interface > Optional Features > Network and add a source of type WebDAV.

The trouble I'm having is after selecting WebDAV. I'm not sure how to get Neutron to see my music files in the NAS. When it scans my WebDAV it shows 0 files.

Well, you might give us more information about the way you set up your webdav server and the connection between this server and the Neutron instance. Perhaps one of the users here has done it before and sees the problem.
