iPhone lost my Purchase, Why?

Dear NMP

Am sure something has gone wrong.
On my iPad, the app is up and working but the app is not being shown in my purchased account.
This should not be happening.

Why doesn’t “Neutron Music Player” recognise me and my account.
Have I been kicked out?

Can anyone tell me why? Please
