SACD to DSD Extractor for Windows/Foobar to Neutron

Hi guys and gals. Do you have any recommendations for a good SACD to DSD (no FLAC please) extractor I can use in Windows 10? I use Foobar2000 and have seen people talking about SACD extractors that can be used in FB2k but haven't had any success installing them. I know this is obviously a Neutron forum, but since my ultimate goal here is to play the DSD files on Neutron where we are unable to play SACD ISOs I thought some of you may be able to make some suggestions.
