I have a hearing anomaly most easily fixed by delaying the sound to the left ear in my headphones by a fraction of a millisecond. Without the delay, lead instruments and lead vocals are off to the left of center. I use Equalizer APO in Windows to do this. I can use the time alignment function in Neutron to accomplish the same thing on my Android phone, but that only works for music - it isn't system wide. And Neutron is relatively expensive, and much too complex.

I'd love to find a system wide DSP that would allow me to delay just the left channel, or at least a much simpler music player that has this feature.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
