BlackBerry 10 / 1.93.5.2 - Track Position not being saved

With both local files and WebDAV, BlackBerry 10 / 1.93.5.2 doesn't seem to be remembering the track position - it restarts at the beginning no matter what. I've tried pausing first, not pausing first, and waiting more than 30 seconds before pausing. I can't seem to find any option that would effect this on the config screens.
