BlackBerry Passport - Player works 15 minutes

Neutron will work fine for between 15 and 30 minutes, then highly distorts or cuts volume or both.

Try rebooting device may be? It never happens on test devices (not Passport though). Also make sure you are on latest 1.79.4.
