AGP, will only reset once to the "reset setting value"
if You change the pre-amp on front panel, it does not reset on new song change and keeps using the current value.
likely it is updating the stored reset value, with the current pre-amp value from front panel and thus not able to revert.
Similar is happening with binded eq too: as soon as you change fader on front panel, the stored,bound eq also gets updated (which might be ok or a desired setting, however brings it's own set of problems.)
Happens on both: JB 4.2.2 and gingerbread 2.3.5 devices

Adjusting Preamp or Reset Gain value through settings has the same effect. It is intended behavior. If user adjusts Preamp gain it is expected that this setting will remain for further playing tracks.

Unfortunately I could not reproduce it. E.g. EQ settings (labels in red) do not change when I hit Fade button in Control screen.
