Thank you so much for your dedicated support of your wonderful product. Neutron is running perfectly on my Playbook again - the slider issues and problems with the Auto Gain are all gone. Thanks again. This is truly the best app for the Playbook, especially for those who have good headphones.

I posted in the z10 thread, but for those watching this one... the Canadian carriers released an OS update today (OS 10.0.10.672)... if you click on this BBW link from your Z10 - http://appworld.blackberry.com/webstore/content/128241/ - you can see and again install Neutron v. 1.68.2.4 [had 4.2 in error previously].

Hi Guys!
If you had Neutron uninstalled on PlayBook and could not install it back due to absence in BB World client now you can install it back. Next update which fixed incompatibility with Z10 initial firmware is approved today and Neutron is back in BB World again for all platforms PlayBook and Z10.

Hi. I installed the update 1.68.3.2 this morning on my Z10 and it appears to work fine. However I also installed the update to my Playbook and it doesn't load, it just has the start up screen for a bit and then the window closes. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, rebooting, and all to no avail. The previous version that was put out just recently worked great on the PB, so I don't know what's happened.
