Hi Dimitry...just downloaded 1.70 to my Playbook. Can you let us know what is new with this release.
I'm still hoping to find a solution to my issues using network sharing with my Windows 7 PC. Is this the release you were to provide support for Windows shares?
Thanks

Re: SMB
Further to my last question, Dimitry, I was wondering if my firewall may be blocking the connection. I currently use Comodo firewall on my Windows 7 computer. Would you think this might be a factor and if so, where would I change any settings in my firewall to allow the connection. A part of me thou...

Re: SMB
Hi Aural, I was analyzing situation further and found out that Neutron needs Shares browsing additional packet implementation (RPC call) for Windows 7 and higher OSes. What OS are you trying to connect? In case of Windows 7 and 8 there is workaround though: [+] for new source -> Network -> [+] for ...

Re: SMB
I'm confused. I thought v 1.68.3 was the latest version?
I've searched BB App World and it still shows that version as the latest. Where can I get v.1.69.1 for my Playbook?
Have been desperate for this SMB capability, so would love to be able to load it.
Thanks

Re: Version 1.68 PlayBook UI bug
I'm also delighted to have my music player back. BUT unfortunately there is still a minor problem for me on the Playbook. When I tap the screen to go back from the music list to the main play window, sometimes the entire UI disappears. All I can do then is to close it down and reopen it. I'll look ...

Re: Version 1.68 PlayBook UI bug
Can someone please tell me what is new in this latest version (1.68)? I have tried to sift through other posts on this site but can't seem to find out what has been improved or changed with this release. The UI seems pretty much the the same to me.
Thanks
Thanks

Re: Version 1.68 PlayBook UI bug
FWIW, I was told by the developer of a different unrelated app, on January 20, that they had just submitted their most recent update to BB World. As of today it's still not there, so the backlog is obviously significant.

Re: Streaming
Just downloaded the v1.68 update for Playbook. Is this the one that was to include the first Samba streaming options? If so, How do I set that up? Thanks.

Re: My DLNA predicament and challenge to NeutronMP
Just to add to my $50 comment. If you release a version with well working DLNA capability (w. good user interface), I give you my word I will donate $50 right away. That's a promise.

My DLNA predicament and challenge to NeutronMP
I congratulate you on an amazing quality audio app. The sound quality is stunningly better than other audio players available for my playbook. HOWEVER, I don't use local files much. Most of the audio I play is on my computer's hard disk, and requires being streamed. Therefore I require DLNA , plain ...
