I now cannot see all of the files on my sdcard. They are a mix of ALAC and MP3 files. I had no trouble with another sdcard with only MP3 files. Not sure if this is the cause of the problem. I see that the same, or at least similar, problem is being discussed in another thread.
Frustrating!

Should have also mentioned that didn't have to pay to download the Z10 version from BlackBerry World - I had already purchased the PlayBook version.

Google "Neutron PlayBook Download" and look for the link on AppWorld. This at least gets you 1.68.0.3 which works on BB10, but not on PB.
