A: Make sure that Google confirmed your purchase and e-mailed Purchase Confirmation to your bound Google account (e-mail). Make sure your device has Google Play Store working and you can see your purchases there. Sometimes Google Play services misbehave (long lasting bug) and provide incorrect reply to the application's request to validate license. You can try to fix it:

  1. Uninstall Neutron (settings will persist);
  2. Access OS settings -> Apps -> find Google Play Store app -> clear cache and data -> find Google Play services -> clear cache and data -> reboot device;
  3. Open Google Play Store -> find Neutron -> install and open it from the Google Play Store;
  4. Access Neutron's settings -> Help -> Account -> wait until progress bar stops and GOOGLE_PLAY entry gets red dot that will mean the success of the license check.

Note! Google Play license check does not work on devices without Google Play services (Google Play Store not installed or not functioning) installed. Some producers decide not want to pay license fees to Google for using Google Play services and therefore do not have them installed in device firmware. Therefore if you get such device and earlier purchased any application in Google Play, such application will not be able to check license in Google Play and will behave as not purchased! It is only possible to check purchase status if Google Play services are available, you need to ask the developer of device/firmware to add Google Play services to such device to be able to use Google Play purchased apps. To overcome this limitation and be able to use Neutron on device without Google Play services installed (or even if device does not allow to add e-mail account via OS settings) you need to purchase PayPro license and follow this FAQ's answer to use PayPro license checked successfully.
